Interior Architecture & Interior Design in Marbella
We design and deliver villas and apartments on the Costa del Sol for owners who live abroad — from the first drawing to a furnished, finished home. Design, procurement, contractors, site supervision and installation, handled by one studio.
Introduction
A finished home, without you having to manage the build.
Rofine Stockholm is an interior architecture studio led by Sofie Tådén, working between Stockholm and the Costa del Sol. We plan layouts, light and materials with Nordic discipline — honest surfaces, quiet proportion, generous storage — for houses that are lived in with the doors open.
Most clients buy from abroad and want to walk into a finished home rather than a building site. We handle the full chain locally: concept and technical drawings, furniture and material procurement, contractor tendering, site supervision, delivery and final installation — reported in English, Swedish and Spanish, with a single point of contact throughout.

Plan before finish
Layouts, circulation, storage and daylight are resolved before any material is chosen, so the finishes serve the house rather than disguise it.
One coordinated drawing set
Plans, lighting, joinery and material schedules precise enough for contractors to price and build from without guessing.
Approved before it is built
Samples and 3D visualisations of the key rooms let you sign off the result, and the budget behind it, before work begins.
Delivered, not just designed
We buy, supervise and install, then close out a snag list — so the handover is a finished home.
International clients
Built for owners who are not on the Costa del Sol every week.
Decisions are made in scheduled online reviews, with drawings, samples and renders sent ahead. On site, we act for you: supervising trades, checking work against the drawings and reporting progress with photographs. We work in English, Swedish and Spanish.
