One point of responsibility
The usual failure abroad is fragmentation: a designer, a builder, a furniture supplier and an agent, each accountable for a slice, nobody accountable for the result.
We hold all of it. If a delivery slips or a wall is set out wrong, it is our problem to solve, not something you discover on your next visit.
Language is where projects leak
A material approved in one language, ordered in another and installed by a team reading a third version of the plan costs time and money every single time.
You discuss the house in English. We speak to the trades in Spanish, on drawings we produced ourselves, so what you approved is what gets built.

First conversation
Usually a video call with your floor plan on screen, arranged around your time zone rather than ours.
Site visit and survey
We measure the property properly and read the plan: daylight through the day, wasted circulation, missing storage.
Concept and drawings
Layouts, materials, lighting plans and renders of the key rooms, presented in batches so you decide in one sitting.
Tender and programme
Contractors are tendered on our own drawings, so you compare real prices on the same scope before anything starts.
Site supervision and reporting
We attend site, check the work against the drawings and report progress with photographs on an agreed rhythm.
Installation and handover
Furniture, joinery and lighting delivered, installed and styled, so the house is finished the day you arrive.

- Which language will we work in?
- English, kept plain rather than full of construction terminology. This site is also available in Dutch, French and German. Anything sent to a contractor is translated into Spanish by us.
- Can you take over a project that has already started badly?
- Sometimes. Send what exists — drawings, quotes, photographs — and we will tell you honestly what can be salvaged and what is better redone.
- How often do you visit site?
- On an agreed rhythm through the works, with photographic reporting. Frequency depends on the phase; the point is that mistakes are caught the same week.
- Do you also furnish the house?
- Yes, including delivery, installation and styling, so it is ready to live in on arrival.
