Six steps from first conversation to a finished home

The same process applies whether we design one floor or deliver a whole villa. You approve each stage before the next begins, and you do not need to be in Spain for any of it.

  1. 01

    Consultation

    A first conversation about the property, how it will be used and what you want done. We reply within two working days of your inquiry and agree a scope and fee proposal.

  2. 02

    Survey and brief

    We visit and measure the property, record what stays and what changes, and write a brief covering rooms, use, priorities and budget range.

  3. 03

    Konceptdesign

    Revised layouts, a material and colour direction and 3D visualisations of the principal rooms, reviewed with you online.

  4. 04

    Technical design and budget

    Lighting, electrical and joinery drawings, a finishes schedule and a priced budget — approved before anything is ordered or built.

  5. 05

    Procurement and works

    Contractors tendered and appointed, orders placed and tracked, and the site supervised against the drawings with regular photo reports.

  6. 06

    Installation and handover

    Deliveries sequenced, furniture installed, the house styled, then a walkthrough and a snag list closed out before you arrive.
