Rofine Stockholm is an interior architecture studio led by Sofie Tådén, working between Stockholm and the Costa del Sol. We take on a small number of residential commissions each year — villas, penthouses and full renovations — and handle them as one continuous responsibility from first drawings to final styling.
We design in the overlap between Scandinavian discipline and southern Spanish ease: restrained plans, honest materials, generous storage, and rooms shaped around the way light moves through the day.
Most clients buy from abroad. That shapes how we work: we tender and coordinate contractors, handle licences, track deliveries and supervise the site in person, reporting progress with photographs in English, Swedish or Spanish while you follow from home.
Every commission covers the full chain — spatial planning and technical drawings, procurement of furniture, joinery and materials, contractor coordination, site supervision, delivery and installation — so you arrive to a home that is finished rather than a project that still needs you.

01 — Design
Measured, not decorated
We start with the plan: how the rooms connect, where storage belongs, how daylight travels, and where the eye should rest. Materials, furniture and lighting follow from those decisions rather than leading them.
02 — Coordination
One point of contact
We tender works, appoint contractors, manage licences and trades, and supervise the site on your behalf. You receive regular updates, photographs and clear next steps, whether you are in Stockholm, London or Amsterdam.
03 — Delivery
Handed over complete
Furniture, textiles, lighting and artwork are ordered against agreed lead times, then installed and styled before you arrive. The goal is a home that works from day one, with nothing left on a to-do list.
Our current work is concentrated on the Costa del Sol — Marbella, El Higuerón, Fuengirola, Mijas, Benalmádena, Estepona, Benahavís, Sotogrande and Málaga — for clients who want a calm, finished home without managing the process from abroad.
