Site questions, deliveries and contractor coordination should not arrive as separate requests to the owner. A local lead can filter issues and present decisions with context.

Plan the final week
Installation, testing, cleaning, styling and snagging need their own programme. This is what allows an owner to arrive to a finished property rather than a collection of deliveries.
