Ordering and logistics
We place and track the orders, chase production, arrange shipping and customs paperwork where it applies, and consolidate deliveries so the property is not receiving crates for three months.
Access is checked in advance — lift sizes, stair turns, terrace routes — because a sofa that cannot enter the building is an expensive surprise.
Installation and styling
Installation is a single planned operation: everything unpacked, assembled and placed, lighting fitted and dimmed, art hung, beds made, waste removed.
Styling is the last layer — ceramics, books, textiles and greenery in proportion, so rooms look inhabited rather than staged.

- Can you furnish a house we have already renovated?
- Yes. Procurement and styling can be commissioned on its own, working with the finishes and joinery already in place.
- How long does furnishing take?
- Lead times drive the programme. Stocked items arrive in weeks; bespoke upholstery and joinery are usually months. We schedule the order list so one late item does not delay the installation.
- Do you install everything in one go?
- Where possible, yes. Deliveries are consolidated and stored, then installed together so you walk into a finished house rather than a sequence of delivery days.
- Do you buy at trade prices?
- We purchase through trade accounts where our suppliers offer them. How that is reflected in your costs is set out in the fee proposal before anything is ordered.
- Can you work with pieces we already own?
- Yes. We survey what you want to keep, and the plan is built around those pieces instead of replacing them by default.
